Cut Flowers

Discover the beauty, joy and ecological benefits of flowers through our workshops and floral services in the South Shuswap.

Growing Flowers Ecologically

We cultivate cut flowers using sustainable agricultural practices inspired by permaculture principles. Our flowers provide the ecological benefit of attracting pollinators to our farm. This allows our produce to grow well, and enhances the vitality of the naturally occurring vegetation on the land.

We focus on building healthy soil using compost and organic matter. Water management is important to us, so we've installed drip irrigation to conserve this precious resource. And we make sure to plant key companion plants like sweet alyssum to help with common pests like aphids, and native species like bee balm and yarrow that attract native insects to the area.
